Shipping policy

Domestic transportation
We provide free shipping service for all orders. This offer is only applicable to economy land transportation. Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation, except for holidays from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped next week.
Shipping Time: 28 working days.
Depending on the inventory situation. We strive to ensure the accuracy of inventory quantity on the website. However, occasionally there may be inventory discrepancies. In this case, if we are unable to provide all the items you ordered at the time of purchase, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to wait for the out-of-stock items to be restocked or apply for a refund.

Transportation scope
The following regions cannot be delivered: Africa, Oceania, and South America.

Cancellation of order
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours after they have been placed, provided that they have not yet been fulfilled. To cancel an order, please contact our nutritionist team at yuetai@regen-bio.com.
After the order is successfully cancelled, the process of refunding to the original payment method will be initiated. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and displayed in your account.
Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour window or after the order has been fulfilled is not eligible for cancellation. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Change shipping address
We can change the shipping address at any time before the order is shipped.

Track orders
After the order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation message from the nutritionist.

Inspection and receipt
Please check the package upon delivery. If you find that the package is damaged during transportation, please refuse the courier’s package as much as possible and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without your presence, please contact the nutritionist for further instructions.

Insurance
The package is insured for loss and damage at the value declared by the courier company.
If the package is damaged during transportation, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as possible after the courier company completes the claim investigation.
If the package is lost during transportation, we will investigate with the courier company and process a refund or replacement as soon as possible after confirming the loss of the package.

International transport
International order users need to pay for shipping costs themselves, which will depend on the quantity and quality of the order.
